Who we are

VTI.BG EOOD is a Bulgarian engineering firm, registered on 3 September 2024 in the Commercial Register (EIK 207964793, VAT BG207964793). The team brings long-standing experience in design, build and operation of optical and IP networks — from long-haul gas-pipeline routes to critical naval installations.

Our HQ is in Sofia (Vrazhdebna, Botevgradsko Shose 417). The operations centre and field crews are based in Veliko Tarnovo (Esperanto 2) — a geography that gives us rapid access to sites across Bulgaria.

What we do

Our services cover the full lifecycle of telecom infrastructure:

  • Fibre networks — FTTH / FTTx, metro backbone and long-haul routes; OTDR certification; work to ITU-T G.652 / G.655 / G.657 single-mode and OM3 / OM4 / OM5 multimode.
  • Specialist connectors — on-site assembly with automated polishing rigs; telecom, data centre (MPO / MTP), industrial and naval / defence (TFOCA-II, MIL-STD, IP68) connectors.
  • Cabling for power utilities — OPGW, OPUG (wrapped fibre) and ADSS routes along 110 / 220 / 400 kV overhead lines; splicing in joint boxes and substations; SCADA and teleprotection integration.
  • IPv4 / IPv6, ASN and BGP — RIPE NCC LIR status; address space under contract, RPKI ROA, ASN management, BGP design, transit & peering operations.
  • LAN, servers and data centre — structured cabling per ISO/IEC 11801; virtualisation (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V); server engineering; 24/7 remote hands.

Partnerships and certifications

  • Ubiquiti Authorized Integrator — formal partnership for the full UniFi, UISP, airFiber and Access ecosystem.
  • MikroTik Certified Engineers — the team holds MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCINE, MTCWE certifications covering RouterOS routing, wireless and enterprise solutions.
  • RIPE NCC LIR — Local Internet Registry status for IP address space management.
  • Bulgarian electrical H&S qualifications — V and IV qualification groups for work in electrical installations.

How we work

We work as an engineering firm, not a trading one. Every project starts with measurement and ends with measurement — bi-directional OTDR, IL / RL, end-face inspection, as-built documentation. We do on-site work in the conditions the project demands — shipyard, gas-pipeline corridor, HV substation, data centre or subscriber premises.

We maintain a 24/7 operations team for SLA-backed clients. P1 incident response target: under 30 minutes. Field crews carry self-contained equipment (fusion splicers, automated polishing rigs, OTDR, OLTS, cable-blowing compressors) and can work independently of warehouse logistics for critical interventions.

  • Bulgartransgaz EAD — fibre infrastructure along the Northern main gas pipeline expansion toward the Bulgaria–Serbia border (SCADA, telemetry and compressor-station control).
  • MMPV "Hrabri" — specialist optical connector installation on the new multifunctional modular patrol vessel of the Bulgarian Navy (December 2025).
  • NextGenerationEU national rollout — subcontractor to A1 / Vivacom / CETIN on the large-scale digital infrastructure deployment (Northern Central, Northwest and Northeast regions).
